They fly out of closed bases all the time. I live near one they recently had a military training drill. Obama used the base I'm near constantly when he flew into California…I don't understand it but I can confirm they do it. On the flip side the closed base also has a Chinese flight training school, google testing center.

In front of the closed air force base we have a air museum and a chinese flight school inside the base. There are so many planes going in and out but not clear on what type.
I have no idea. A friend and I went to check out the school and it was 100% Chinese and the planes were Chinese.
