I put my feet in the soil. Time did go fast,I was hoping to be there for 10 min but rain started and I had to leave, I was out there for 15, felt like 5 min.
I recalled we were told the time for healing in the dirt is 45 min before sunrise. I am going to try that tomorrow morning.
