12:30 am Sunday morning the emergency sirens in my city started going off. I incorporated them into my dream as air raid and or nuclear alert warnings. Then my phone started alarming loudly which yanked me out of my sleep and into reality but still groggy and wondering if there was "incoming". A huge lightening bolt and ear splitting thunder followed. I said to my spouse - "oh Thank God. It's only a tornado.". And that, my friends, is life in 2023 under the current administration.
