The Supreme Court has already adjudicated the exclusive means for determining both qualifications and holding office under the Constitution qualifications clause set forth in Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 requires the President to be:
1.) natural-born citizen
2.) at least thirty-five years of age
3.) a resident of the United States for at least fourteen years.
Congress cannot add to that, State legislatures cannot add to that State governors cannot add to that — that's it
