of course they did, this is not shocking or surprising. The issue that is going to come out is how does Trump prove he declassified what they are saying is classified. They are gong to have to rule on that pre trial, and that will never be seen by anyone which is part of the reason the secrecy of federal courts is a problem at least for things like this where no one left or right will trust what ever ruling is made.
