I think we're still sub-hunting between Catalina Island and San Clemente Island off the SoCal coast.
P3 are sub-hunters.
P8 are sub-killers. (Caveat - that is my interpretation of what I've read and I'm not a milfag.)
Several of these planes have been on-station for 4, 5, 6 hours, circling, circling.
