if a nuke goes off, everybody will be bowing down and worshiping whatever instruction the government tells them.
Since it would probably be a FF by our own government, a staged event like a dirty bomb would take 5-10 years to recover.
The people will buy it hook line and sinker.

You could ram whatever you wanted through congress in the name of national security.
If they had a FF like that I expect they would traffic a lot of kids that way.
The more worse of an event, the more kids that can be trafficked.
