The absolute BASELINE test for whether or not someone is an honest patriot of the United States, or not, is their response to claims that Russia hacked the DNC/Podesta emails.
If the person in question (in this case Durham) concedes or agrees with the notion that Russia hacked the DNC/Podesta emails, you can be sure that said person is NOT an honest individual interested in delivering the truth to the American People.
