I would be for a strict quota system.
Jews are less than 5% of the population, but hold far more than 5% of the top executive positions. No more than 5% Jews anywhere, doing anything. To make blacks happy (I think we should, there are a lot of them, they were fucked by the US, they're not the ones jumping up and down in favor of illegal aliens, gays trannys pedophile satanist cannibals and all the rest, typically democrats, but certainly some high level GOP. They're downtrodden, the Civil Rights Act helped women, gays, trannys, didn't help black men, they're in jail more than they were in 64.
But strict quotas for Jews, no more than 5%, and black males, no less than 5%. In all cases there must be more Black Males than Jews in every sector, you can't just hire 1000 black janitors in order to offset 999 Jews in Executive positions. Every single category, more Black Males than Jews.
Call it the Black Males vs Jews Act.
