You have to understand why u have it first. God is pure, positive energy aka Love. The thoughts you are having that are aligned with God (faith/love/optimism, etc) ALWAYS FEEL GOOD. Love, joy, passion, clarity, even peace. Anger, frustration, fear, worry, pessimism ALWAYS feel bad because they are not aligned with God. Those thoughts come from the enemy and you get to pick the Master or master you want to serve. Fear/doubt/worry aka satan.. ALL emotion is based around desire/ your heart wants something to happen that you are currently doubting so your emotions feel bad. The enemy wants you to suffer and wants to punish you and has told you to be afraid of "desires" because they come from the devil, but desires that come from God are aligned with love/goodness. When your thoughts are aligned with God, you become LUCID nad your logic is sound. Fear distorts thinking. We have been programmed in fear and very few are able to align their thoughts out of fear and into faith. (Well, not Anons.. but out there and that's why there is so much chaos. People have to get a grip n get their shit together by controlling which master they want to serve. It takes practice to trust the good feeling thoughts because most are wired in fear. But if done gradually, you will look back and see how distorted and fear based your logic was when you were thinking by default/reacting vs controlling which master u want to serve. In order to serve God, you have to want to feel good (unconditional joy based not on the conditions around you but the thoughts/master u serve.) God feels good/ the enemy doesn't. God = clarity Enemy = distorted thinking. One has to want to be happy n then rewire their mind out of the luciferian programming our well meaning parents and teachers etc all were taught.
