Photographs from Hunter Biden’s forsaken laptop put him at his father’s Wilmington home the day he threatened his Chinese business partner to fulfill his “commitment” while claiming Joe Biden was in the room with him at the time.

As previously reported, the House Ways and Means Committee released transcripts on Thursday revealing a message Hunter sent to Henry Zhao, his Chinese business partner and an official linked to Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC Energy. The message was discovered by an IRS whistleblower, Gary Shapley, who obtained it while investigating Hunter’s tax crimes.

In related subject matter, emails outlining dealings with the (now defunct) CEFC’s former Chairman Ye Jian Ming, who has gone missing, are where the infamous reference “10 percent for the Big Guy” derived.

The July 30, 2017, WhatsApp communication read:

I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.

Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. All too often people mistake kindness for weakness—and all too often I am standing over top of them saying I warned you. From this moment until whenever he reaches me.

I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father. I sure hope whatever it is you are doing is very very important.

Hours after this message was sent, Hunter was photographed behind the wheel of now-President Biden’s infamous 1967 Corvette Stingray in the location of his father’s Delaware residence. The timestamp on the photograph is 6:49 pm., and embedded metadata shows the location as being near the Biden home. Hunter’s message was sent at it 9:45 a.m.

According to the White House, President Biden’s pick to lead the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, has a “proven track record protecting Americans’ health and safety”

The White House cited Dr. Mandy Cohen’s “leadership through the covid crisis” for drawing “bipartisan praise” and for her “ability to find common ground and put complex policy into action.”

However, critics have attacked her support for strict mandates and lockdowns and have also questioned her latest employer’s ties to the Gates Foundation and World Economic Forum.

The Defender reports: Critics of Biden’s appointee took a different view of Cohen’s track record — especially her support for lockdowns and mandates during the pandemic, when she led North Carolina’s pandemic response as head of North Carolina’s Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS).

“Cohen appears to be fully entrenched in the ‘bio-pharmaceutical complex,’” Dr. Peter McCullough told The Defender.

McCullough, author of “The Courage to Face COVID-19: Preventing Hospitalization and Death While Battling the Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex,” said:

“She was on the wrong side of every pandemic public health intervention, failed to recognize early therapeutics and natural immunity, and to date has not acknowledged the safety disaster unfolding with the COVID-19 mass, indiscriminate, vaccination program.”

Alex Berenson, commentator and former New York Times journalist, described Cohen as “a public health COVID authoritarian” and “the worst possible person to become the next CDC head” — which he said proves the Biden administration “has learned all the wrong lessons since 2021.”

And according to Jeffrey A. Tucker, founder and president of the Brownstone Institute, “Going through [Cohen’s] timeline is a strange blast from the past of heartbreaking fear-mongering, pseudo-science, and propaganda. She passed with flying colors all three tests of compliance: closures, masking, and vaccine mandates.”

The New York Post cited videos showing Cohen “gloating about implementing COVID lockdowns, inconsistently following her own mitigation guidelines and forcing public schools to have students masked indoors regardless of vaccination status.”

Cohen will take over the agency in early July. She replaces Dr. Rochelle Walensky, who has led the CDC since January 2021. Walensky, who submitted her resignation in May citing the end of the national COVID-19 emergency, will depart June 30.

A former New Hampshire state representative and the nation’s first transgender-identifying state lawmaker was arrested by police this week and charged for allegedly distributing child pornography.

Stacie Marie Laughton, a Democrat who previously resigned twice from the New Hampshire state house, is now facing four counts of distributing sexually explicit images of children. Laughton was born Barry Charles Laughton, Jr.

Nashua Police Department public information officer Sgt. John Cinelli said that police were called to respond to a juvenile incident on Tuesday and were then told that the former lawmaker had been distributing explicit images. On Thursday, police searched Laughton’s house and arrested him.

FTX is seeking to claw back some $700 million from a former aide to Hillary Clinton-turned Hollywood super agent who was allegedly showered with cash by disgraced fallen crypto mogul Sam Bankman-Fried.

The bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange took legal action on Thursday against Michael Kives, who was an assistant to then-Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.), and his company, K5 Global, and firm co-founder Bryan Baum.

According to court papers filed in bankruptcy court in Delaware, Bankman-Fried authorized the transfer of $700 million to K5 entities in 2022, and he leaned on K5’s celebrity and business connections in his effort to obtain rescue financing in the days before FTX went bankrupt in November 2022.

As The Post reported in December, Kives — whose celebrity connections include Warren Buffett, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Katy Perry, and Kendall Jenner — stood to lose hundreds of millions of dollars as a result of K5 Global’s business relationship with FTX’s now-defunct investment arm, Alameda Research.

Bankman-Fried, who has been indicted on fraud and money laundering charges by the feds, described Kives as “probably, the most connected person I’ve ever met,” and “a one-stop shop” for political relationships and celebrity partnerships, according to the complaint.

The fallen crypto mogul was known to cultivate ties with the wealthy and powerful, including Bill and Hillary Clinton.
