There used to be a thread on topix that was reviews of different 'brands' of heroin in Philadelphia. The city was known for having some of the best in the country. Reading the posts showed that slowly it was being replaced with fentanyl. Eventually, that is all the junkies wanted, and they were overdosing all the time.
