The DOJ is Helping the CCP Persecute Their Opposition: Falun Gong, Guo Wengui, Others

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has demonstrated time and time again that it will bribe and manipulate U.S. officials across multiple agencies. They are committed to destroying all opposition to their autocratic rule, no matter where their critics reside. The CCP relies on deception, propaganda, bribery, and extortion to achieve their aims in the U.S. and around the world.

And some within the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), including the FBI, have been helping them succeed.

We already know that various efforts by the CCP have progressed due to corruption and/or incompetence within this U.S. agency and others.

In a letter to Representative Mike Gallagher, Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-Oklahoma) wrote,

“One of the most disturbing allegations uncovered by these DOJ investigations is the continued existence of Operation Fox Hunt- a Chinese covert global operation to harass and intimidate Chinese dissidents living abroad to attempt to forcibly remove them to China. According to the recently unsealed indictment, one of the tactics used by the Chinese government was to sue the victim in New York state court, turning our judicial system in to a weapon.

Another target of Chinese operation Fox Hunt, businessmen and dissident Guo Wengui (also known as Miles Guo), was uncovered during a 2017 indictment for violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act against DOJ Senior Congressional Affairs Specialist, George Higginbotham, former Finance Chairman of the RNC, Elliot Broidy, and American businesswoman Nickie Lum Davis. The three were charged with unregistered lobbying on behalf of the Chinese government in exchange for millions of dollars. One of their goals was to facilitate the illegal removal of Guo. Although many individuals involved in the 2017 scheme were caught and charged, other American proxies continue to work for the CCP.

We urge the House Select Committee on Strategic Competition between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party to investigate the infiltration of the DOJ, SEC, and the U.S. legal system by the CCP. The root cause of this weaponization, across multiple agencies within the Executive Branch, has always been the CCP.

Recent Example: Bribe Offered Against Falun Gong

On May 24, FBI Special Agent Christopher S. Essick filed a Sealed Complaint in the Southern District of New York (SDNY) against John Chen, also known as Chen Jun, and Lin Feng over allegations they supported the PRC as unregistered foreign agents. Chen and Lin attempted in 2023 to bribe an undercover federal agent acting as a U.S. tax official to advance a complaint that would strip a Falun Gong entity of federal tax exemption.

The department described this scheme as part of a broader campaign by China’s government to target U.S.-based critics. The charges were announced a month after federal agents arrested New York residents accused of operating a clandestine Chinese “police station” in Manhattan’s Chinatown district.

Fauci's Flip-Flopping Lab-Leak Denier Subpoenaed After Stonewalling Congress On 'Proximal Origin'

A scientist who originally told Dr. Anthony Fauci that Covid-19 looks "potentially" engineered, only to flip-flop days later and co-author a report prompted by Fauci "disproving" the lab-leak hypothesis, has been subpoenaed by the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Dr. Kristian Anderson was slapped with the Congressional subpoena last week, according to Subcommittee Chairman Brad Wenstrup (R-OH), who announced on Friday that "Andersen played a pivotal role in potentially suppressing the lab leak hypothesis, and Americans deserve to know why this happened, who was involved, and how we can prevent the intentional suppression of scientific discourse during a future pandemic."

Anderson notably emailed Fauci on Jan. 31, 2020 - where he said that Covid-19 had "unusual features" that "(potentially) look engineered," and that other scientists "all find the genome inconsistent with expectations from evolutionary theory."

The next day, Fauci and his former boss, NIH Director Dr. Francis Collins, and at least eleven other scientists participated in a conference call during which several of them warned that COVID-19 may have leaked from a lab in Wuhan, China - may have been intentionally genetically manipulated.

Three days after the call, four participants from the call (Andersen, University of Sydney virologist Edward Holmes, Tulane School of Medicine virologist Robert Garry, University of Edinburgh virologist Andrew Rambaut and Columbia University virologist Ian Lipkin) seemingly discarded their concerns over a lab-leak, and drafted "The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2," which they sent to Fauci and Collins.

Also heavily involved (yet not credited) was Dr. Jeremy Farrar, the current Chief Scientist at the World Health Organization.

On June 16, Anderson testified before the House subcommittee, where he told them that he and the co-authors had communicated primarily via Slack while drafting the paper. He also admitted that he had not provided all messages relevant to the subcommittee's inquiry because not all participants of the Slack discussions approved of their release.

According to Wenstrup, the subpoena was issued to compel the production of said Slack messages

"We are following the breadcrumbs of a COVID-19 cover-up straight to the source," he said.

Teacher tried to film 11-year-old boy in bathroom, sexually abused him at Regis High School: suit

A math teacher filmed an 11-year-old boy in a bathroom stall and sexually abused him at a leadership program held at the prestigious all-boys Regis High School in the Upper East Side, according to disturbing court filings.

Olaya Lopez, said her son, identified only as “JC” in the lawsuit filed in Bronx Supreme Court Thursday, was molested by teacher Matthew Chicas at the school during the 2023 academic year when the student attended the REACH program, a Jesuit preparatory class for middle school boys.

Chicas, 29, who was a teacher at Xavier High School in Chelsea who participated in the REACH program, was arrested in April and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and attempted unlawful surveillance after the April 15 incident, prosecutors said.

The school never reported the abuse by Chicas and instead tried to suppress it, Lopez also claimed, adding that her son reported the alleged abuse to another teacher at the school, according to the filing.

However, Regis High School Director of Communications Joe DeLessio said the school suspended Chicas from the REACH program, notified parents, reported the allegations to Child Protective Services, notified the NYPD, and is cooperating with the investigation.

“It’s no secret that there has been a culture of abuse which has been cultivated at this institution,” Howard Shafran, Lopez’s attorney, told The Post. “It goes back many years.”

Shafran pointed to Regis High School’s last headmaster, Rev. Daniel Lahart, who was fired for sexual misconduct in April 2021.

Lahart was ousted after the school’s board of trustees determined he “engaged in inappropriate and unwelcome verbal communications and physical conduct, all of a sexual nature, with adult members of the Regis community, including subordinates.”

Chicas declined to comment on the allegations and Xavier High School did not reply to requests for comment.

“We are deeply distressed that a REACH teacher may have violated the high standards that we expect our faculty and staff to uphold in their interaction with our students,” DeLessio said. “We have no greater commitment to our community than the safety and protection of every student in our care.”

Following the incident, Regis High School reported the allegations to Child Protective Services, notified the NYPD, and is cooperating with the investigation, Regis High School Director of Communications Joe DeLessio said, adding that Chicas has been suspended from the REACH program.

“We are deeply distressed that a REACH teacher may have violated the high standards that we expect our faculty and staff to uphold in their interaction with our students,” DeLessio said. “We have no greater commitment to our community than the safety and protection of every student in our care.”

Regis High School touts notable alumni that include Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and Saturday Night Live star Colin Jost.

Ex-NBC producer, former CNN exec sexually assaulted intern during Olympics: suit

A former NBC college intern claims that a media honcho who most recently served as a top executive at CNN sexually assaulted her while they were covering the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, according to a shocking new lawsuit.

Aarthi Rajaraman, now 47, claims that during a three-week stint as a NBC production assistant, Michael Bass — then a “Today” show coordinating producer assigned to Olympics coverage — lured her to a hotel room and assaulted her, according to a lawsuit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court Thursday, which also names the network’s parent company, NBC/Universal Media.

Numerous senior NBC employees had been fooling around with younger staffers at the time, Rajaraman claimed in the suit.

In July 1996, Rajaraman, at the time a 20-year-old college sophomore, was heading home at 5 a.m. following dinner and drinks with Bass and their team when she needed to use the bathroom.

Rajaraman claims she was “tricked” by her boss to go use the toilet in his hotel suite, where she believed his wife and newborn were staying, according to court papers.

But she soon realized she was alone with her boss in the hotel room as Bass “began kissing and groping her without her consent” before “putting his hands up her shirt and down her skirt,” according to court documents.

Later that day, Bass, then known as as a “superstar” and “up and comer” at NBC, called and threatened Rajamaran, saying “Don’t tell anyone,” the suit alleges.

Bass would go on to roles as senior executive producer for CBS News’ morning shows, and until last year, CNN’s executive vice president of programming, where he also served as interim co-head of the network following the ouster of former president Jeff Zucker.

In retaliation for Rajaraman rejecting his advances, her former boss “blackballed” her, pulling strings to ensure she was rejected from multiple job opportunities in New York City, according to the suit.

Rajaraman has since worked with a range of networks and outlets since her internship, including CNN, HBO and CBS, according to an online biography.

The suit has been brought under the Adult Survivors Act, passed by New York state lawmakers in 2022, which gives adult victims of sexual abuse a one-year period — ending in November — to file civil suits that previously were outside of the statute of limitations.

CDC Issues Alert After Measles Cases Increase Fivefold Ahead of Travel Season

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued a new health advisory this week regarding measles infections for international travelers ahead of the summer travel season.

The agency issued its latest health advisory on Wednesday urging Americans to “be on alert for cases of measles” and advising parents to make sure their families are up-to-date on the measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine.

New data for the first five months of 2023 has shown there are five times more measles cases across 11 jurisdictions in the United States, the CDC said, noting that 88 percent of those cases have been linked to international travel.

“The United States has seen an increase in measles cases during the first five months of 2023, with 16 reported cases compared with 3 in 2022 during the same period,” the agency said, adding that most of these cases were among children who had not received the MMR vaccine.

“Based on current estimates, twice as many Americans are planning to travel internationally in 2023 compared with 2022,” the CDC added. “Many countries and popular travel destinations, such as London, England, have experienced measles outbreaks in recent years.”

According to CDC recommendations, all U.S. residents who are six months old or older “without evidence of immunity” should receive the MMR vaccine prior to traveling internationally. The vaccine can be administered in one or two doses. A single dose provides 93 percent protection against the virus, while two doses provide 97 percent protection, the agency said.

Global Vaccination Decline

Most children receive the MMR vaccine when they are young. The first dose is typically administered between the ages of 12 months and 15 months. The second dose is typically given when a child is between the ages of 4 and 7.

In recent years, childhood vaccination rates have been declining, including rates of MMR vaccination. Some experts attribute the decline to a drop in public trust in health agencies and officials due in part to how they’ve promoted leaky COVID-19 vaccines.

In a joint report released in November, the CDC and World Health Organization (WHO) found that a record high of nearly 40 million children missed a measles vaccine dose in 2021 due to hurdles created by COVID-19 vaccines.

“The record number of children under-immunized and susceptible to measles shows the profound damage immunization systems have sustained during the COVID-19 pandemic,” Dr. Rochelle Walensky, who will leave her post as CDC director later this month, said in the report.

The report also underlined that the world is at risk of major measles outbreaks due to tens of millions of infants missing their vaccination. A combination of factors like lingering social distancing measures and the cyclical nature of measles may explain why there has not yet been an explosion of cases despite the widening immunity gaps, WHO measles lead Patrick O’Connor told Reuters.

“We are at a crossroads,” O’Connor said in November. “It is going to be a very challenging 12-24 months trying to mitigate this.”

Peter Schweizer: ‘The Dam Is Starting to Break’ on Biden Family Corruption

“This is really, really important. The dam is starting to break — truly the first time you’ve had somebody from inside the government who has said, ‘Wait a minute, the way this is being handled is wrong,'” he said, praising the whistleblowers who could otherwise retire and have comfortable lives.

“Based on what they’ve told us, is that under ordinary circumstances, Hunter Biden would, right now, be facing indictments not only for tax evasion charges, which are felonies,” but also for violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), Schweizer explained.

“The U.S. Attorney in Delaware wanted to bring charges in both of those areas and was blocked by the Department of Justice (DOJ),” he said, explaining that the revelations also reveal that the DOJ not only failed to do its job but applied a different set of standards to Hunter.

“We’re gonna call the person that is the subject of the search warrant. We’re going to call their lawyer and let them know a couple of days in advance that the search is coming,” he said, speaking of the special treatment issued to Hunter Biden.

Describing it as an “enormous breakthrough,” Schweizer added, “I don’t think these whistleblowers would come forward, except for the fact that this is true, and as they said, all of this can easily be corroborated based on correspondents and based on the information that’s available.”

“It is a devastating blow, and if you look through American history — whether it’s Watergate or other scandals — oftentimes it’s a cover-up that gets them because they get arrogant. They get greedy. They think they can get away with it, and that’s usually when they get caught,” the Red-Handed: How American Elites Get Rich Helping China Win author said.

Schweizer also weighed in on the new statement issued by a White House Council spokesman, who now said President Joe Biden was never in business with his son. The author described this as the “continued erosion of their position.”

“When we first exposed, in 2018, their deals in China, their initial response was there are no deals in China. Then it became well, there might be deals in China, but Hunter Biden didn’t make any money in China. And then, of course, that. So you see this continue to erosion,” Schweizer said, also pointing to the defense of the Biden team on Hunter’s involvement with Burisma.

Biden Spox Attempts to Spin Explosive Hunter-Joe Tag Team Text to Chinese Business Associate

Joe Biden’s White House Counsel spokesman Ian Sams on Friday released a statement on the explosive Hunter-Joe tag team text to a Chinese business associate.

The Biden White House is desperately trying to spin the latest Hunter Biden text suggesting Joe Biden, AKA, “The Big Guy” is indeed involved in Hunter’s international deals.

“As we have said many times before, the President was not in business with his son.” Ian Sams said.

The House Ways and Means Committee on Thursday released a devastating report detailing accounts of Biden corruption from two IRS whistleblowers.

Gary Shapely, one IRS whistleblower, revealed Hunter Biden demanded payment from his Chinese business associate over WhasApp messenger.

Hunter Biden demanded payment and threatened Henry Zhao, a Chinese Communist Party official and director of Harvest Fund Management.

Harvest Fund Management had previously invested in Hunter Biden’s firm, BHR Partners – a private investment fund founded in 2013 that is co-owned by the Bank of China.
