Agreed 100% in entirety. I witnessed God's Living Light for that one particular reason, saving lives. Without delay is the same as saying "Hearken". We must do all we can to hearken to life anywhere and everywhere it calls on us. Ears that act deaf and eyes that refuse to see will never experience God's Glorious Light in this world.
