Much of this whole war seems like theater…(cars blown up on the street but apt. windows still intact, limited news coverage, people on the street and beaches when suppose to be war zone)…

When I saw this deal with the Wagner group and Putin, I thought it signaled that the operation in Ukraine was over.

I also wonder if our tax dollars (that supposedly went to Ukraine) actually funded the Wagner group this whole time.
