Nobody believes the theory that Putin scammed NATO/USA out of billions of dollars?
If true I'm certain Russia will rub salt into that wound to the west. He gains so much more by the west knowing he scammed us.
I'm sure it was an easy decision to let Prig know we have $6.2 billion for him. He probably demanded half up front. Not a bad scame. He better convert those dollars to gold. The dollar is losing value real fast.
