It would be good to see the Brunson petition granted a hearing. The graphic you posted is BS. Brunson's petition went to conference along with more than 100 others. No hearing took place. If four or more justices agree the petitioner deserves a hearing the Brunson writ of certiorari will be granted a hearing and a hearing will be scheduled. Conference results are reported on Monday.
