28th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States
An independent and truthful press and other public media being vital to the continued existence of this Republic, any officers of the press or related media that are found guilty of willful and repetitive distortion or omission of factual information, or of willful and repetitive fabrication or dissemination of false information, pertaining to high crimes committed by elected or duly-appointed government officials shall be subject to the prescribed punishments for Treason.
