I think you're saying when they consume blood regularly, they end up having too much iron. The body does not lose iron and although our bodies need iron for hemoglobin, too much iron causes toxicity.

Chelation is a chemical process that can remove heavy metals from the body. Isn't chelation usually done by an infusion (intravenous treatment) of EDTA?
