This is inhumane. Levels of communicable diseases around those places are off the charts. Those people aren't vaccinated against ANYTHING.
Not that vaccines are fabulous, but goddamn, I don't want my newborn catching measles, mumps, rubella, TB and a smorgasbord of viral and bacterial infections all at once.
