Old bastards have been showering naked in front of kids in the Swimming Pool changerooms for the past 50 years. Boomers allowed it to fester and here we are, the old bastards are now butt naked balls out outdoors in the Sun too.
I shower just fine with swimming shorts intact. Can even wash ass and balls without being totally naked. There are some weirdos in those changerooms but no one talks about it.
