They said, "Prove to us you're with us, make some disasterous moves…show us how brutal the war is and Ukranians are winning…it'll give you good cause on your retreat and you'll win popular support
He said, "Fine…sends a few months of video of Ukranians winning….Russian tanks getting blown up, soldiers getting killed"…."now, give me some money…."
They make $1B deposits over time…they're stringing him along.
