These are very realistic fetuses (i.e.. they are real).
It is highly unlikely that these would be fake (e.g. plastic) as no respectable company would produce the moulds to produce fake fetuses of different gestational ages.
My (educated) guess is that these fetuses are 10 weeks to 20 weeks gestation.
They could not be at an abortion clinic that performs D&E (suction evacuation performed commonly in the US). They must be fetuses that have been delivered intact i.e. vaginally by induction of labour. Therefore likely to be outside US.
The very bizarre thing here is the juice cartons. I can't come up with an explanation for that. Why would there be a juice carton on every tray?
