And when people see Trump shake hands with the Queen without bowing, they will understand who is in charge. Trump will most definitely not be rude, but he is the leader of a superpower, and she is just the wealthy head of state of a friendly country. So he will not defer to her power at all. But she is after all a lady, and Trump is a gentleman so there will likely be something that the press misinterpret because they do NOT understand how gentlemen should behave with a lady.

And Melania likely will NOT curtsey. She might even give Elizabeth a hug. It would be real interesting if Melania speaks French with her.

You need a special arrow.

One that goes in but doesn't come out

Some kind of feathering that causes it to get stuck.

And it has to be a hollow error, which is easy

Because there are lots of hollow aluminium ones. And the arrow needs air holes up and down its length.

And the nock needs a hole drilled so that the hollow interior is open at the end.

Use a dull conical target point but not too dull.

When the arrow hits, it should enter the balloon and get stuck. Air goes through the small holes into the hollow center and out the end by the nock. Nothing falls on people anywhere at anytime, so you shouldn't get charged for any kind of assault related offence.

Of course this means that no arrow may miss the target, and that the arrow may not bounce off the target. If an arrow does fall, and does hit a person you will likely get an ABH charge, The point will break the skin and cause a bit of bleeding. In the very worst case, somebody looks up as the arrow comes down, and you blind them in one eye. That will get you GBH for sure.

Whoever fires the bow better know what they are doing and have lots of experience shooting at balloons with the modified arrows.

And I made sure to use British legal terminology because whoever is shooting the arrows will be in the UK. I almost misspelled centre but then just explained where the open whole is instead.

All in a days work for us autists

Putin has a solution for this problem. It is called Motherhood capital and it is a sizeable cash payment that can be used for capital investment. You could set up and education savings account or buy a house/apartment for the family to live in. Most women use it for housing, and you get it for every kid beyond a certain number, I believe.

To stop abortions, I would offer something like this to single unwed mothers, but they have to raise the baby. And I would set up housing for unwed mothers so they can buy an apartment in a building that functions like a community, i.e. there will always be a neighbor who can babyset one extra kid.

The problem just needs some creativity and long-term thinking. The money spent is nothing compared to the lifetime earning potential of a healthy wel-adjusted kid. So it will pay back many times over.
