Q has told us we're safe. They promise. No I don't believe that ALL of The United States (We, The People (Innocent)) will be explicitly punished. Will we feel the heat from the fires? Absolutely. Will we feel the rumbling from the shockwaves? Absolutely. Will we be burned? Crushed? Otherwise placed in direct path of danger? Doubt. Military won't let that happen physically if they have a say and fighting chance (and they do). God will not let that happen spiritually if he has his say (and he absolutely does).

I'm not saying there's no need to prepare for a worst case scenario, of course, but I am saying I'm VERY comfy right now and VERY much enjoying the show.

Same here, Anon. The secret is to learn to embrace the first stages of nihilism only to the extent of apathy and not caring about what happens to you- but not so far as to give up duties or to cease operations.

Desensitization and apathy combined give you something not necessarily to fight for on their own, but to fight against: The horrific things which got you there in the first place, which in-turn then translates into the oppositeโ€ฆ discovering what's worth living for, and what's worth fighting for, and what's worth cherishing more than anything else you could imagine. You discover hope not for yourself, but in the blissfully ignorant victims that would be subjected to those things which made you numb should you never have acted.

There in lies purpose, and the motivation to rise each day and keep fighting. An understanding of what lies at the end of all things to the degree that you love thy neighbor enough to protect them from that very knowledge, so that THEY can continue to live in peace where you no longer canbecause they would never deserve to know to the fullest extent what you know.

So party hard and enjoy the show, fren. If not for you, then for them. Heroes face down evil and gently wake the masses so not to disturb them so violently as we ourselves have been, while they show us how to guide each other to calm and reprieve as a single species and family.
