Now, I've never looked into this 'Chaos Theory', but if I had to ASSUME what any of it meant, I'd imagine that Chaos and Order go hand in hand because Chaos destroys or otherwise shakes things up so badly that Order is lost… as Order is lost, the way of things becomes malleable and can change, mutate and/or evolve. As the dust settles, Order is restored, but over time, this settling and stability will breed Chaos inevitably?
If this is a remotely accurate view on the theory, then it would fall in lockstep with "Weak men bring about Bad times" thing.
