A second Hunter Biden whistleblower, “Mr. X” has come forward claiming US Attorney David Weiss was not making decisions and was not really in charge.
Mark Lytle, an attorney for IRS whistleblower Gary Shapely told Fox News host Martha MacCallum that US Attorney David Weiss, the Trump-appointed Delaware prosecutor assigned to Hunter Biden’s case, said he had no power to bring charges against Hunter Biden.
Hunter Biden was ultimately given a sweetheart deal by prosecutors and hit with two misdemeanors related to his tax crimes.

Heat wave continues to cover much of the Southwest
7 states now underheat wave warning
Record-high temperatures are being reported Tuesday in some Texas towns as a heat wave moves over the country's second-largest state and some of its neighbors.
The National Weather Service has issued warnings and advisories on excessive heat throughout most of Texas, southern New Mexico and Arizona, extreme southern Oklahoma, Louisiana, southern Arkansas, Mississippi, and southern Alabama.
A Twitter post earlier this week by the NWS Prediction Center said the heat wave is "not going anywhere soon" and that "it's CRUCIAL to practice heat safety no matter where you are."
The heat could be potentially very harmful to millions who are in those affected areas.
Meteorologist Victor Murphy with the NWS in Fort Worth, Texas, predicted as the heat wave began to roll across the region that as many as 40-plus million people could be under advisories or warnings this week.

Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, a 2024 presidential candidate, on Tuesday criticized former President Trump's approach to foreign relations with China.
Haley served as ambassador to the United Nations under Trump. She is trailing in the GOP primary polls behind Trump, Florida GOP Gov. Ron DeSantis and former Vice President Mike Pence.
“He did not put us on a stronger military foothold in Asia," she said during a discussion at the American Enterprise Institute. "He did not stop the flow of American technology and investment into the Chinese military. He did not effectively rally our allies against the Chinese threat. Even the trade deal he signed came up short when China predictably failed to live up to its commitments."
In addition, Haley, also a former South Carolina governor, argued Trump was "almost singularly focused on our trade relationship with China" but did "too little about the rest" of the threat posed by China.
"He also showed moral weakness in his zeal to befriend President Xi. Trump congratulated the Communist Party on its 70th anniversary of conquering China,” Haley said. “That sent a wrong message to the world. Chinese communism must be condemned, never congratulated."

Lukashenko details talks with Putin and mediation that ended mutiny
Belarus was ready to send a military brigade to help defend Moscow, President Alexander Lukashenko has revealed
Russia amassed some 10,000 troops to repel the Wagner private military company’s march on Moscow last week, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said in Minsk on Tuesday, adding that he was also ready to send his forces to Russia.
Lukashenko said Russia would have prevailed in a standoff against the mutineers, but it might have resulted in “thousands” of deaths, so a peaceful solution was the priority. He added that Russian President Vladimir Putin kept him “thoroughly” updated on the situation, leading the Belarusian leader to offer to help as mediator.
“The most dangerous thing… was not the situation itself but its potential consequences,” Lukashenko told the Belarusian military in a speech on Tuesday.
He said Putin told him the Wagner PMC founder, Evgeny Prigozhin, was refusing to talk to anyone and that attempting to negotiate with him would be “useless”. Nonetheless, Lukashenko apparently managed to establish contact, with the help of the Russian Federal Security Service.
Prigozhin was in a state of “total euphoria” for the first 30 minutes, and they were speaking mostly in obscenities, the Belarusian leader admitted. “There were 10 times more swear words than normal ones,” he recalled.
