no, BVs cannot just remove a CP image. It must be deleted, permabanned and reported as a Global. That's 8kun policy.

I was on the board the other night and there was CP reported a few hours prior, which I deleted when i came on.
You think admins are here 24/7? Not possible. All have IRL. Removed as promptly as possible.
