The Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP) Documentation
The Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP) is connected to the rumored “Pentagon UFO Study” known as the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP). That exact connection and relationship is still unknown, as there are varying explanations depending on the party involved.
This page aims to archive all documents on this program, as released by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). Some requests were filed about the overall program, while others were for specific documents as published in the Skinwalkers at the Pentagon book, which was authored by the director of the AAWSAP, Dr. James Lacatski, George Knapp and Dr. Colm Kelleher.

FOIA-00349-2018 [24 Pages, 1.5MB] – This request was filed by The Black Vault in May of 2018, and asked for all records pertaining to Contract HHM402-08-R-0211, the identifier for AAWSAP. The DIA gave this FOIA case FOIA-00349-2018, and released records on October 13, 2022. As noted in the letter, 13 pages were withheld in full.

Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items – Original AAWSAP Order with Detailed Deliverable Breakdown [8 Pages, 1.6MB] – This document was released on June 28. 2023 in FOIA case FOIA-00269-2018, filed by The Black Vault. While researching AAWSAP in early 2018, it was seen that another FOIA requester, back in 2009, requested information on the AAWSAP contract number. So, the case filed by The Black Vault sought the responsive records to the case. The only result was what you see attached, but oddly, does not appear to have been included in other AAWSAP related releases. This version is different than the one dated September 2, 2008, below.

Contract_FY10.pdf [7 Pages, 0.6MB] – Here is another version of the “Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items.” This was included also with the 2009 “Amendment of Solicitation / Modification of Contract”. I am including both here (starts on page 5 of the PDF.) Note: The page numbering appears to be incomplete. The schedule attached to the original order indicates 51 pages total, but the page numbering only goes to page 3.
