Question for y'all:
I know someone whose phone has been put under parental control by someone who is not this person's parent. What would the crime be that the person should claim?

First Amendment violations. That's a good one. Are there penalties attached to the amendment? I only know them as a list of rights.
Aren't the Brunsons going after the keeping of the oaths? Not sure it's the same.
The person with the phone is 65 years of age and of no relation to the person who installed the parental controls.
I concur. More of my posts have become notable when posted during night shift.
But anyway, it's a good end of bread topic, since it isn't something that will go into the notables.
So what crime has the person placing the parental controls committed, besides 1st Amendment violation? Anything else? What should the person tell a policeman has been committed?
Yes, it's obvious that the law and the courts are not working with regard to major issues. But sometimes they do work. Plus, aren't we supposed to be nearly past all that? Or maybe this person's case becomes one more piece of evidence against the failure of the law and the courts?
Yeah, until they're laughed out of the DA's office.
What was the word?
There's a lot more to the story, but the phone thing is the one thing they can prove. I think they call it gang-stalking, involving just about everything by violence. I keep asking the person, where's their family? But they're up against this by themself.
We know who put the parental rights on the phone. What we don't know is who put them up to it. The person has already moved from KS to CA (probably not the best choice, but it's nearer to family). The problem began in a nursing home where their ID was stolen, and it's just gone on from there. The person was released because they had healed, sort of. But they're having difficulty getting past all this.
Thank you. I was called on to help. I'm doing my best from where I'm at.
