Xfinity (Comcast) sent me a text at about 10:00 a.m. today to inform me of an outage here in Massachusetts - FIRST TIME THEY'VE EVER DONE THIS
I've been a customer of Xfinity at my current address for 14 years and I have never been sent a text message like this, so in light of all the military choppers and planes that I hear overhead, all year (many of which do not appear on public flight trackers), I thought I should share.
Message says:
Hi, it's Xfinity Assistant.
We're aware that you may be experiencing a service interruption and are working to resolve the issue by approximately 06/29/2023 10:55 AM (Eastern). We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We'll text you when it's resolved.
Reply OUTAGE for additional updates.
