He explained that the measures recommended by experts are being reduced, and a special regime applies to the head of state “for obvious reasons”.
The day before, Putin made a working trip to Dagestan, where he held a meeting on the development of tourism.
When the president came to inspect the fountain, opened in the park named after Nizami Ganjavi in Derbent, the residents of the city greeted him with enthusiastic exclamations and applause. Young people literally surrounded Putin, asking questions and filming what was happening on their phones.
