If anyone can find footage of POTUS exiting, you can see him sign for the Black gentlemen, then stalling because the gentleman was still saying something, then signing again. Looked like the guy was asking POTUS to personalize it. I watched it on "Latest Wold News Update" youtube, but both they and Golden State Times have clipped POTUS exit footage from the videos.

Just tried finding better video – Yeah, I watched it on a better angle, with nothing blocking, and it did appear the gent caught POTUS attention twice at the better angle. Had honestly thought POTUS was personalized it. That's how it appeared. Wish the one I watched hadn't edited it out.
