Anon has pondered upon this as well. Blood-pressure is so high on those that will get angry, that many will stroke out immediately. The depressives will let it be the final straw and attempt (some successfully) to anhero. The schizoids will use it as feul to act out and get hurt by consequences of their wild behavior. The 99% is made up of many different types of NPC, and the apocolypse will see them needing medical care of some kind.
