Wait…what? She is the governor and leader of the party. Why won't she take a position? Why not call for a special session? Why didnt she support the bill during last session? Her support would have made the difference. If she supports the eminent domain, then come out and say so, but this notion that she is just minding her business and can remain neutral is bizarre.
