The government took $20,000 out of a bank savings account that I had, because of "inaction" on the account for 3 years. It's not like I'm dead. They just helped themselves to it. Then I had to reclaim it from the State of Illinois. Took about 6 months for them to give me back the money that they had stolen out of my account.
When your money is just numbers on a computer, it is very easily stolen.
Especially if it's the government who is stealing it.
