Obviously, yes.

Things still break apart, and the debris has to go somewhere afterwards.

Although, as you probably rightly concluded, the debris field would be smaller and less scattered than from an explosion.

Bolted on still breaks apart. Only if the hull and all the objects you say are bolted on is one single object will the implosion not break things off of the hull.
