In the current United States military, you can be court martialed if you refuse to date a person who is transgender simply because they are transgender. You can refuse to date anyone, and the military has strict provisions to protect troops who decline advances of any kind. However, if you choose not to date an individual BECAUSE they are transgender, you are in violation of the revocation guidelines of Executive Order 13950 established the first day of the Biden Adminiatration. You can decline to date that individual for other reasons - sexual preferences, visual appeal, etc - but to do so on the grounds that "he" may have been a biological she or vice versa will earn you a Dishonorable Discharge.
