something in old English Law called "ESCHEAT"
means if someone dies, the owner (of the land) can take all their property.
Like a landlord taking the property of a tenant who dies, if no one else is there to take it.
So if they "named everybody dead" or "dead at sea" or "dead from plandemic" then they can take all their property?
