Funnily enough the same things happening to me. It coincides with me taking a break from the pots, which we know suppress dreams. But even then, it‘s crazy how vivid these dreams are, it demonstrates the power of whatever part of us transports us to these mindscapes. It feels so much deeper than just a subconscious mechanism to deal with experiences. I really wonder how exactly this works. Anon has had periods with bad nightmares where literal demons prevented me from properly sleeping between 2018-2022. it seems these are gone now. Hope it stays that way.
