It's definitely not 'Patriots rising up'. Patriots don't engage in looting, or burning down buildings, vehicles, and libraries, overreacting against those who have nothing to do with anything. Most of the mayhem appears to be being caused by African migrants and antifa-types.
I heard something about him possibly having the wrong license plate on the car he was driving. Didn't look into it though.
