What is our culture? Where did it come from? Who are we? What are we? Recent world revelations have given Americans more questions like these than any other time in our country's existance. But what about our philosophies? Where did that stem from? Where did we learn it? For this I began reading/listening to The Republic. But what I found is quite disturbing. Especially around the beginning of book 3. It literally explains how one would corrupt a people essentially by psywar. many of the questikns I had were also answered in this book. I recommend everyone read/listen to it to get a better grasp on what we should be fighting for and how.
