Good point, but we get attacked by locals with some type of chemicals at least twice a week, so, I am sure we are arresting some but I believe "Chemical Knitters" was unexpected in this war. Logical reasoning and deductions have led me to know that this was a tactic originally used to get children into their hospitals. Later it became a preferred long term occult assault weapon to go after their enemies and acquire their booty while all seemingly to be a concerned neighbor or acquaintance.
