More likely from Afghanistan pullout or redirected supplies for Ukraine.
A while back 2-3 years or more there were multiple cases of trucks and warehouses being stopped and raided containing huge stockpiles of modern military weapons and ammunition.
How many of these stashes remained undiscovered.
