“The Images You Circulated Online Are Complete Fakes” – Hunter Biden Lawyer Accuses Republicans of Faking WhatsApp Message
In a letter sent to Republicans on the House Ways and Means Chairman, Hunter Biden’s lawyer Abbe Lowell denied Joe Biden was sitting next to Hunter Biden when his son sent a threatening WhatsApp message to a Chinese business associate.
IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley revealed Hunter Biden demanded payment from his Chinese business associate over WhasApp messenger.
Hunter Biden demanded payment and threatened Henry Zhao, a Chinese Communist Party official and director of Harvest Fund Management.
Harvest Fund Management had previously invested in Hunter Biden’s firm, BHR Partners – a private investment fund founded in 2013 that is co-owned by the Bank of China.
The July 2017 WhatsApp message Hunter Biden sent to Henry Zhao is as follows according to the IRS whistleblower:
“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”
Abbe Lowell also accused Republicans of faking the WhatsApp message.
“The screengrab images you posted are not real and contain a myriad of issues. In short, the images you circulated online are complete fakes.” Abbe Lowell wrote in a 10-page letter to House Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith.
Hunter’s lawyer was referring to the graphic posted by Chairman Jason Smith.
The House Ways and Means Chairman simply put Hunter’s WhatsApp message in a graphic to illustrate the threatening text.
Lawyers for IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley responded to Abbe Lowell’s attacks on the House Ways and Means Chairman.
“Biden family lawyers have resorted to intimidation before—reportedly threatening federal prosecutors with “career suicide” if they charged Hunter Biden—so this attempt to intimidate our client and the oversight authorities scrutinizing the politicization of that case is no surprise. IRS SSA Gary Shapley has scrupulously followed the rules and blew the whistle to Congress about the unequal application of tax laws pursuant to 26 U.S.C. §6103(f)(5) and 5 U.S.C. §2302(b)(8)(C), a process facilitated lawfully by the authority of both Chairs of the tax committees, including Chairman Ron Wyden (D-OR)—with whom we are still working cooperatively to arrange follow-up testimony to supplement for the Senate any topics not covered in the transcripts of questioning by Republican and Democrat staff already released by the House Ways and Means Committee.” Shapley’s lawyer Mark Lytle wrote.

Bill requiring diplomats to pledge loyalty to Israel as Jewish, democratic state passes committee
Foreign Minister Eli Cohen explains bill, which was advanced by the Knesset legislation committee, will make sure Israeli envoys abroad represent the country and government's policies in all matters accordingly
According to the proposed law, which received the support of committee members on Sunday, the declaration will be made in front of the foreign minister or before an authorized state employee. This is in addition to the existing requirements regarding all state employees.
The draft of the proposed law explains that the loyalty pledge is necessary "given the fact that the head of a diplomatic or consular mission is the official and senior representative of the government in a foreign country, and is representing by virtue of his position the state and government abroad."
It further states that the additional declaration is necessary "due to the importance of the envoy’s position, who is in charge of all political, economic, cultural and security aspects in the country he serves in, and due to their responsibility and obligation to represent the government’s policies, be them in internal or foreign affairs.”

Former White House Spox Stephanie Grisham Launches Attack on Trump: No Respect For Classified Information
Former White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham launched an attack on President Trump over the weekend and claimed the former president would show sensitive documents to diners on the Mar-a-Lago patio.
The MSNBC host asked Stephanie Grisham if Trump showed classified documents to people in private.
“The short answer is yes. I watched him show documents to people at Mar-a-Lago on the dining room patio. So he has no respect for classified information. Never did,” Stephanie Grisham said on MSNBC on Saturday.
MSNBC played a clip of Trump discussing a newspaper’s report about Iran.
The audio of Trump discussing the Iran battle was leaked to CNN in order to taint the jury pool.
Special Counsel Jack Smith did not include this audio of Trump speaking to staffers in Bedminster, New Jersey in his 37-count indictment.
Stephanie Grisham trashed Trump.
“You know, listening to that exchange every time, it just makes me so angry,” she said.
‘He talks specifically that he should have declassified it, but he didn’t. So there, I think, is proof. I believe also there’s a portion of that audio where he says, you know, this is off the record,” she added.
Grisham attacked Trump for his ‘off the record’ rules that reporters use.
“And he knows if it needs to be off the record that they can’t talk about it. So I think he was covering himself in that regard,” Grisham said.

GOP Sen. Johnson calls out media, deep state for running cover for Hunter Biden
"So now, the media, they will never admit they're wrong," Johnson added.
Wisconsin Republican Sen. Ron Johnson excoriated the media on Monday for minimizing the investigation into first son Hunter Biden and fumed at administration insiders for stifling the investigation.
"It compromises our national security. President Biden never should have been elected," he said of the alleged corruption in the Biden family. "But even more troubling is what this says about our federal law enforcement or intelligence agencies, the complicity and corruption of the media, covering all this up and orchestrating it all."
Johnson made the remarks during an interview with "Just the News, No Noise" to air on Monday.
"I also heard last week of mainstream media saying if this were any other ordinary American, there never would have been any charges against Hunter Biden, his tax offenses were so minimal… And we know from good reporting from from people like John Solomon and others, Hunter Biden probably hasn't paid taxes on a whole lot of other under unreported income as well," he went on.
"So now, the media, they will never admit they're wrong," Johnson added. "They're going to continue to minimize the behavior, the Biden's are going to continue to cover up for them. Because let's face it, they helped get this guy elected. And even they have to understand what a disaster his presidency has been for this country."
The Wisconsin Republican went on to highlight the importance of exposing the alleged wrongdoing as a crucial step in holding the administration accountable. He did, however, concede that powerful actors within the government had worked relentlessly to undermine efforts to expose the Biden family.
"Well, you have to first expose it. Now, one thing I don't think we're paying enough attention to is an awful lot of this obstruction occurred under the Trump administration," Johnson said. "And trust me President Trump wanted this information out, I'm sure he would have liked to have seen an honest investigation prosecution of Hunter Biden. But that just shows you how pervasive and extensive the deep state is."
"The Radical Left partisans have infiltrated every institution of this country, including our our federal government agencies. And this is just further evidence of that," he asserted.
He went on to express hope that the judge would reject a lenient plea agreement that Hunter Biden reached with the Department of Justice to avoid any jail time, suggesting that the bombshell whistleblower revelations ought to weigh on the judge when deciding whether to bless the arrangement.
In late June, Biden struck a deal with federal prosecutors to plead guilty to two tax crimes and a gun charge that could be dismissed. The government recommends that he receive probation.
