If the military has taken an oath to defend the constitution and the SC ruled Affirmative Action is unconstitutional, how can the military be exempt from the ruling? Why doesn't a SC ruling have binding authority over our Military in this case?

If the Military Office of the White House is in control of the Library, does finding coke in their jurisdiction mean they have investigation/prosecution power?

If Military wanted this covered up , we would never know about it.

This is under the control of the Military. Civilians can be tried in Military Court if the crime was committed in a Military Installation.

Anyone believe it is the first time coke was found at White House but Military did nothing? Maybe they let it out to public now because they agree our President is compromised.
