This is why you will NOT see anyone charged with any death penalty offences for quite a while. They can stew over there if they want to, but eventually they will be extradited for fraud, theft, embezzlement, uttering forged documents and all kinds of stuff like that. They will try to talk up the death penalty but on examining all the details, the Irish and Kenyan judges won't buy that and will send them to the USA to face trial.
