Before getting into specifics, Peterson asks to address several criticisms of child sex trafficking investigator Tim Ballard, starting with the charge (Wikipedia) that he has refused to condemn the QAnon conspiracy.

Ballard could have said unequivocally that it's nonsense. But he doesn't. Kind of sidesteps, says it's probably about the adrenochrome claims. Then talks about witch doctory stuff he's seen in Africa with people drinking the blood of children and hanging their genitals over the door. "These are real things."
Only thing he disavows are unsubstantiated claims linking Hollywood stars to adrenochrome etc.
