'LawAnons around?

A question that makes me mad and have no lawyer too call.

So when you flip the bird to someone, and get trailed for it, does the fact that almost none of the bird flippers or namecallers gets to trail, make better circumstances for you, such as this odd chance of being trailed for a smaller thing almost being an unfair act on its own so you get lower of a sentence or trail rejected?

I guess brainwise its logical this is a disadvantage compared to non trailed bird flippers that had a bad day but luckily bad judgement in a quick situation did not lead to trail bc of nice and forgiving others. Sometimes you can almost see who needs a hug when having a bad day.

Brainwise its also logical bc of rules that a forbidden thing gets trailed if asked for it.

Heartwise I guess its always pro help and against sentence. Maybe this is a stretch, maybe even a hurtful one. I guess this, as a stupid example, needs brain / rule adjustment to be in line with your heart. But thats not much law question anymore I guess.

Appreciate answers.

Apologize, my english.

Thanks.
