Conner -Conor, missing N and O, something's up here
Anons what happens if the dems implode?
Do we really want a one-party system?
Just saying, should we allow room for a patriotic dem party like Jack Kennedy envisioned?
Please gather sauce
Without getting too deep into the weeds, the 2-party system was with us during the age of the founding fathers.
They hated it but took part in it. Human nature man. I could be wrong though.
I have the uncanny ability to recognize faces throughout my whole life.
That's definitely LdR
Econfag here.
Anons I've been here since April, and spent time on half-chan back in 2010/2011.
I love you faggot ass bitches.
Can we please have a conversation about NGDP targeting to replace the fed instead of gold.
I respect that. But Lincoln freed us from debt through Greenbacks, not gold.
Gold can be captured, it can be stolen, it can be faked. It's sub-optimal.
I can see that point. But you're just talking about the natural process of realignment. Nothing wrong with that.
That's why there should be a TEMPORARY war tax
provision in the constitution.
Every single time we fight a massive war we pay for it in loans or through a permanent tax.
We should back wars with temporary taxes/tariffs, then when we win, the status quo in peacetime is low taxes.
I hate to say it but the parliamentary system is nice.
It allows coalitions of parties, that way you can really vote for something closer to what you believe, not 2 choices.
